Hi
Have severe joint pain, hand fingers and knee especially at night. When I sit or get up knee twitches and could hear sound.

The pain is due to muscle spasm/ joint stiffness, which can be an early sign of arthritis.

Till then keep your joints moving will mild stretching/ range of motion exercises. Can use warm water bags for painful joints. Can apply pain relief spray.
