I need to consult a good doctor regarding that , this is very painful to move anywhere That pain came very suddenly

Sir/mam my brother had broken his ankle near 1 month ago and doctor had done plaster in the joint for nearly 21 days now sir the period was completed and now it's more than 1 week and I have cut his plaster at home because we can't contact to any doctor due to lockdown...and now from 2 to 3 days his broken ankle is paining...I made him to do little bit of exercises at home only.....But it's not effective...now sir/mam you only guide me what to do now. Hi I'm having this pain in my Thumb since 2016. It comes and goes with time. This time I was hit by Covid and after recovery I feel the pain is more frequent. No idea if this is related to Covid, but the pain is severe these days. Not able to take sound sleep. Kindly guide me the procedure of treatment for this Sprained Thumb injury. Thanks

Having swelling in right hand middle of  thumb and index finger from last 1year. When i do work then my wrist get light swelling. Before some time when i get up after sleeping my hands get stiff n when i fold  my fingers then they pain ... Xray was normal .. Mri showed : localised fluid collection/ ganglion cyst/ synovial cyst deep to the flexor tendons of index finger * also subcutaneous oedema along the dorsal aspect of hand.. Likely inflammatory. Please suggest about these symptoms
