My mom os having back pain at right side. She is having thyroid too When she works too much the pain goes to neck and head Please help

Due to over usage of mobile phone, the patient's is facing a back and neck pain, suggest some remedies.

Since a week I have been feeling extreme tingling, pins and needles in my legs, hands and left hip too. Also whenever I breathe I fee I am not getting enough oxygen through nose and then I try to breathe mouth in which my chest feels heavy as if someone has put pressure on it. After taking muscle relaxants and anti anxiety pills for three days I feel no change in my pain. It keeps shifting from hands to legs to back. Also my feet becomes extremely cold when I sit in ac where as rest of the body has normal temperature. Please can someone tell me what's going on and how can I fix this issue?

I have persisting pain in hip, thigh and calf of left leg. This is despite no heavy exercise or recent injury. The hip and thigh are tender to the touch. Calf pain persists throughout day and night. Hi - I am facing pain in moving my neck. While I am facing some difficulty in sideways movement of neck, I feel greater pain when I try to tilt my neck backwards (eg: while drinking water). Suffering since last couple of days. Have not had any injury. Would you recommend any changes in sleeping/sitting posture and any SOS pain-killers? Any medicine/other steps I should follow to help me recover?
