Leg ki fingers m pain rhta h and thumb se upar ki taraf  stretch sa feel hota hain. hands m green nase bhi dikh rhi h plz help and tell me medicines.

My other have a history of knee pain from past 5 years. From last one month her upper part of leg has swolen and it's resulting into severe pain.

I am having extreme pain in my legs alongwith burning sensation and numbness in feet.Even after taking painkillers pain is not relieved.

I am the shortest male in my family. My height is hardly 5'6". I am 20 years old. Is it possible to increase my height by 1 inch? My father's height is 5'7" My mother's height is 4'9" My cousin brothers from father's side all above 6 feet. Even my mom's sibling's height is also 5'8". My younger cousin bros are also taller than me. Sometimes, I feel insecure when it comes to height. Please suggest a way to increase height by 1 inch atleast. I mostly spent most of my time sitting in front of computer/reading books for over 7 years with very less or no exercise/sports.

Sir i have recently recovered from covid now suddenly one morning my left foot started paining from ankle to toenails sometimes it becomes very painfull even to stand on my feet. The pain is regular. The day before this pain occurred there was no problem with that feet. But now it's paining a lot. Please guide.
