From long time i have tingling in hands and feets so feeling tired can someplease help me in this day by day its worst condition

Hello Doctor, I have joints stiffness in all of my right foot fingers only but i got no pain or swelling, though upon touching the joints i feel as if joint bone is swelled up, also as i feel discomfort if i try to bend those manually. What seems to be wrong with my foot ???
