Hi My uric acid level is 10 . I am experiencing minor pain in fingers joint. Please suggest if I should start medication to.lower down or I can try to reduce it naturally ? Thanks

I hv pain in my left shoulder as well as left upper back pain and daily lower back pain I feel if I sit and morn time.
