I have pain in Shoulder from almost four years and in the neck too Which time the pain was increasing I got my married and almost one year ago report is attached My doctor has prescribed medicines like gabapentin  and Pregabalin but I'm unable to eat that because I am also suffering from internal hemorrhoids and due to medicines my piles get worse Please advise me what are should do Is Palmiges medicine safe for nerves

I was diagnosed with miniscus tear on my right knee. Doctor recommended to go for orthoscopic surgery to stitch the miniscus. I want to take second opinion to see if there any alternative way healing my knee. Thanks

My mother is suffering from arthritis from 10 years. Left leg changed posture and right leg also started paining. Situation became worst when finger joints also causing problems. Homoeopathic treatment never shown any improvements. Allopathic painkillers worked but causing digestion problems and loss of appetite. Orthopedic surgeon recommended for knee surgery. Ayurvedic treatment cured fingers completely but unable to get satisfactory results for knee. Knees are always seen in swelling and painful situation. I am not sure about non-surgical treatment of this kind of arthritis. Running for hospitals during Covid-19 with an arthritis patient is really more painful as we are far from metro cities. I am actively looking for video consultations but not sure to which kind of doctor would be more helpful? Exercise, diet, medicine or injections can reduce the pain or no choice only surgical treatment? I would be thankful for your suggestions. -Anjani Kumar Tiwari

I'll have wave like pain sometimes in the right arm. My inguinal hernia surgery was done 4 weeks ago and several injections and IV was given in this area. But, this pain started 2 days ago. It is a wave like pain and will be there for 15-20min in a day. Rest of the time it will be normal. This pain is moderate. What could be the reason for this? Is it okay to leave it untreated? I haven't done anything that might cause this pain. And I feel it is related to veins but not sure.

About a month back while sitting own it's on there was a muscle twitch between the left side lower rib and sternum.Since then there is a burning pain which radiates to upper rib area.try to take heat treatment but no relief.pl advice to what is the problem and it's treatment.
