Sir, I have a back pain since 6 months. It started with the lower back then now from last month i am feeling pain in upper back as well. Earlier i had cervical pain. But after doctor consultation, medication and physiotherapy sessions it is relieved almost 85%. i am regularly doing exercises for back pain. But every morning i am feeling same pain.Kindly advise.

Early morning pain can be due to improper lumbar support while sleeping due to faulty mattress.
Next Steps
Try to change to a hard mattress. Continue back strengthening exercises. Try to lose weight if overweight.
Get your Vitamin D and B12 levels tested if possible.
Consult if problem continues even after following this advice.
Back pain is usually postural pain but needs evaluation to rule out other causes.
Posture correction + spinal strengthening exercises are mainstay of treatment.
