My Mom Has Been Suffering With Leg Pain From 1 to 2 Days. In The Thighs Of The Left Leg is Where the Pain is Situated

Fluid gets accumulated over patella... Pain increased... Walking become impossible... Knee gets swalloen...some times it happens... Other time some pain is there but walking is possible. As per doctor degeneration is there as xray shows. Please suggest treatment if any and or remidies. Prescription and xray attached.

Have knee pain for 6 months and having difficulty in sitting cross legged position. can you prescribe some knee exercises?

For the last 3 months I have been suffering from muscle pain near the arch of the foot(plantar fasciitis). I went to see 2 doctors but both of them said that this issue will be resolved only by exercising. Hence I have been doing foot exercises, soaked feet in warm water, rolling foot on the frozen water bottle. But none of it seems to alleviate the issue. Any help is appreciated

My husband is suffering from joint pain in both shoulder & legs. He is facing problem after TB treatment is been cured. We did CT scan as said by dr he said its muscle injury & given medicine. But after medicine is stoped He is again facing same problem of pain. He is diabetic too. Wanted an opinion for this if Any other option is there which can be cured... Please help

It's been more than six months that I started to develop pain when I sit on a hard surface and moderate pain when on a sofa/chair. The pain has now shifted to my neck. I'd like to get myself treated and wanted to understand if it is spondilitis or something else. I'd like to take medical tests before even visiting a hospital just to ensure I've got all related reports to share with the doctor. I lifted 60 kgs off the ground ,and experienced a sudden and sharp pain in Lower back .I was in squat position but my back was round. Since then I have tried hamstring stretch and I have experienced no pain. No pain on touching the discs  or surrounding muscles as well. What are the chances of me acquiring herniated disc . I tried that test as well ( passive lift of leg) and that was negatively.

Backside twist movement restricted with severe pain for the last four months developed while practicing chakrasan. Ayurved medicine preferred. Day by day pain increase, morning hours heavy. Yet to no allopathic treatment started. Even shirsasan not possible for the last week.
