Bone & Muscle problems

I have met with one small accident of two wheeler got skit andy right hand get injured. Immediately I went to doctor he xray my shoulder and arm but no fracture. It's like ligament pain he has prescribed pain killer for few days and told me it will get cleared on own. It was one week ago I got injured muscle pain has reduced and I can move a little bit but still I am unable to move hand like earlier as it still pain. What need to do?

Hello doctor While playing i got an twist in my right knee 7 months ago...and there is no pain ...but for past 3 weeks the pain is severe in and around knee...there is no fault in x ray..and i undergone MRI .. in the report .. 1.Anterior cruciate ligament:partial thickness tear noted 2.posterior cruciate ligament:normal 3.medial meniscus: radial tear in anterior horn and horizontal tear in body 4.lateral meniscus: normal 5.medical collateral ligament: normal 6.lateral collateral ligament:grade 2 tear noted 7.minimal joint effusion noted What should I do now...do i need surgery...i am really vexed because i am working as an site engineer... What is the report saying?please give some advise..thank you in advance

I had a meniscal and ACL repair 4 months ago...but still my knee pains as soon as it gets tired..although i can climb stairs comfortably..can jog a bit and can do physio also...but still after long walk or hectic day it hurts and muscle lose easily .what could be the reason?...i can do half squat but whenever i walk or get up from bed in morning there is pain

I had met with accident in 2018 and dhs was put .in 2020 Jan my vitamin d3 was 7 so started taking cholecalciferol 60000 for a year and now in Jan 2021 my vit d3 is 121ng and calcium serum is 10.2ng .from few months dull flank pain,nausea,weakness.i have to go for removal of dhs next month so once surgery is done wil the toxicity of vitamin and calcium come down to normal or how.shouod I do any kind of PTH test as some dull pain while swallowing.what precautions should I take now.

I am observing pain in my lower back at tailbone area when I am seating or sleeping. This pain is not continues one but when I am in seating position, and trying to stand up at that time feeling lot of pain at tail bone area. It feels like something is pulling you back. Same thing happens when I am sleeping on my back, it pains. Any suggestions please.
