Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I have severe back neck pain (like a sprain) last 4 days and I am unable to move my neck properly to look sideways. Now feeling pain in center of back neck. Also, last few days I was getting neck pain which gradually created headache almost everyday. Kindly help

I am having pain behind neck and between shoulder, it's like stiffness and painful. While swallowing something then also feeling pain in behind neck area. What is the reason? Please help me

I'm experiencing a continuous but mild back pain since the last week. My BMI is 22. I have never experienced such a prolonged pain before except those of my period days. It exactly feels like the 3rd day of period back pain. And it is very painful when I bend my body for more than 1 minute while sweeping the floor or for any activity that needs a little bending.

I'm an it employee works 6-7 hrs daily infront computer its been 2 . 5 years since I started working but past some months I have been getting neck pain near shoulder-neck join , while Working , travelling , after waking up too i tried all kind of exercises but pain didn't go away and I wasn't able to figure out why the pain was consistent... is it  because of wrong position of sleep or sitting for long hours any other reason?? Can anyone help me on how to proceed with ??

Pain in right hand finger joints. Not able to lift laptop also in one hand. Pain in elbow, wrist, neck sometimes in morning.

Hello Dr., I have attached MRI reports of my wrist bone. Can you please explain what exactly has happened to my wrist bone. It's paining whenever I'm lifting heavy things and also while doing some exercises. Thanks and regards, Sakshi
