My vitamin d3 level ha dropped from 77ng to 40ng.what should be my supplement dose?I take enough sun bath bare body but not helping.

Mother age 60 , last December having acute joints pain ,knee pain ,blood test report showed R.A.factor 36.41 IU/Ml and CRP 36 mg after medicine with orthopedic relief for initial Jan and Feb month ,same problem persist, in this covid scenario unable to consult doctor physically

Pls go through mri report doctor removed collection on spine and above it on right side . Legs paralysed give me suggestion for recovery getting back legs stand walk and do my works .

I have occasional pain in my legs, then it decreases again when I use calcium. It starts again when I start doing some work. then I visit a rheumatologist or orthopedic? Please reply soon.

Dear Doctors, From yesterday, I'm suffering by foot pain and inflammation on both legs. I don't have diabetes, and i don't have any problems till now. Suddenly painful.. No swelling no redness.. Suggest me some medicines to cure this.

From last 1 week my father is suffering from Leg joint pain.while walking he suffering from pain .presently he is using volini spray for pain relief

I heard a pop sound when I twisted my ankle while doing some work. The Ground was uneven and I think I twisted while I was stretching for a pipe. There was a light swelling near the Ankle bone immediately with pain.The pain while walking not completely unbearable and I can walk limping. I have pain from ankle upwards when moving the leg  (5-6 inches ). I cannot rotate my legs completely without pain but my fingers on legs are moving . Main area of pain is near ankle and upwards. How bad is the situation and do I need surgery for this? Swelling is primarily around the ankle bone .

I am 51 year old and have been consistently walking and running since last 3 months . Since last three months I am walking and running almost 10 kms every day (walking 6 kms and running 4 kms) Now since last seven days I have pain in right feet heel and as such I cannot walk or run with pain. I tried to use ice packs once or twice a day , it works for sometime but later I am in the same condition. Request your help. I am allergic to brufen pain killers , as I get acute pain in stomach Request your help .

Feel heavy pain on Left shoulder, I have take medicine which was prescribed in attached I feel same on last month but after taking these medicine I feel relife but this time these medicines are not working for relief in pain, I also take 2 tablets if Disprin Pls suggest Regards Manish Tewaei
