I have a pain in my ankels.. its too difficult for me to step down the stairs... its from 1 week..plz tell me what has happened to my ankels..few months ago my heels have pain..but after sometime its automatically cured...but now i have pain in my ankels

What has happened to your ankle can only be told after clinical examination and evaluation. Till then take paracetamol for pain Cold packs if it relieves pain, otherwise hot water fomentation Consult if no relief
