Dear dr ,   my father  70 yrs has done angiograpsty on 13 march but he has pain and swelling issue last 2023 but ...take pain killer and fit ... Now concern some time left leg issue when one leg ok then another leg  start issue.... Swelling start ankle then toe then knees        So what is the reason. .. uric acid now 4.9 Before was 9 ... ... My father has cyst in kidney So what is route cause of problems

Ideally, need to examine the ankles...reason fr swelling cud b varied...age related arthritis or inflammation due to high uric acid... blood tests n examination needed.
