Left Ankel Ligament Injury
Met with left leg ankel twist on 31st May 23. Under plaster for 26 days. Still pain and swelling is there. When in sleep condition no issue other than mild pain. On walk, car drive etc pain and swelling increases. Unable to stand on the left leg even for 10 sec. Plz guide what to do.

Require Physical examination and MRI scan if required
Next Steps
keep the leg elevated with pillows while sleeping, keep the leg on stool even when u are sitting on chair / sofa

It’s 3 months now so better to get examine for ligament injuries and if needed than stress xrays or Mri .
