Pain in both sides of waist & stomach
Feeling tightness  in both side of waist .Unable to take flip while sleeping in one go.It is from last 4 months.I also feel small small tissue under my skin.It is not visible but I can feel. Please guide is it serious .

Tissue under skin in most likely lipoma, nothing serious For back pain, take paracetamol for pain Hot water bags. Gentle massage Warm oil massage Volini spray. Back extension exercises Gentle stretching Consult if no relief
