Pain in waist(left side)
About a year ago I was working out my back when I think I pulled a muscle or a nerve in my waist. Since then I feel this agonising pain when I try to bend on the left side of my waist. It runs from waist to thigh; dominant in waist. In seasonal changes(cold and moist), it worsens. It's constant.
