  4. Heavy pain in waist. Relief. pls help.

Heavy pain in waist
From past 15 days, I have severe pain in the sides of waist, hips and thighs. Pain is unbearable. Consulted an orthopedic, he suggested some muscle relaxers and pain killers (myosone SR). But I see no relief. Pls help.

Hello.  Your symptom looks more muscular in nature. Is the pain travelling down wards or is it in patches. These side pains camouflage similar to sciatica pains but not always the case. Look into physiotherapy as a local remedy for it.  Such pains respond well when local treatment is done to get.  At the earliest consult. Avoid using local rubs of ointments .they will shield the pain and your symptoms may be mis  interpreted.
