I got injury in both legs knee joints two days ago.pain on both sides of knees.Swelling on both knees.I did deep squatting today.Now feeling pain behind the knees also.

What type of injury ?? Sudden impact ?? Bony contusions might have happened get initial X-rays to rule out any stress fractures . If no fractures just nsaids and antacids would suffice
