I have knee joints pain just knee cap and buttocks pain and lower back , have done all test RA ANTI CCP ANA ENA HLAB27, Bone Scintography, MRI (2022) SI joint and Pelvis , continuously following rheumatologist till now no diagnosed carried out , last week I did x ray pls look

Sir,
You need a proper clinical evaluation by an orthopaedician. You are likely yo have Vit D deficiency, but other cases to be ruled out.You can take VitD high dose and regular Vit D and calcium tablets.
