Am I supposed to bite onto the plastic part or my front teeth? I got my anterior bite plate a month back and have been biting onto my front teeth all this time.

Hello doctor, I had a injury in November, went to consult an ortho but he wrongly diagnosed without any scans saying no injury just a knock will get recover within six weeks. Trusting that I started my routine taking care of my knee. But suddenly after six weeks my knee locked up while standing up but before that I started walking normally post four weeks if injury there was just light pain. But since after knee locking my knee has become stiff still after almost six weeks my knee is still stiff and I literally limp while walking. Please suggest me what to do to go back to normal life. My MRI reads, Hugh grade partial tear Grade two signal intensity in posterior horn of medial meniscus Grade 2 sprain in LCL Mildly depressed subchondral fracture on lateral femoral condyle Undisplaced fracture on posterior aspect of lateral tibial plateau. Please guide.

Sir i have an accident before 15 days. my left knee was unstable in standing although i can not stand . the X ray report was normal. Today after 15 days i am unable to stand my knee gives out. I am not Ready for surgery . Is any other chance to get well without surgery with homeopathic or Physiotherapy?
