Have problem in left leg cramps and veins related pain occurs when lie down and trying to stand on foot.

I am feeling both wrist Schaphoid bone ache after using laptop,phone or riding bike.while pressing also i feel light pain.any home remedy.pls suggest or what to do.

Dear Doctors, Here is MRI report of my mother in law, doctor advice to get hospitalize for injection and rest, so wanted to know is it mandatory with this report as Covid is spreading all around hence we are not considering for hospitalization and at the same time we show it to other doctor for 2nd openion he said not necessary it will be better with medicines and bed rest. Hi, I am unable to sleep comfortable in night, daily mrng j am waking up with back pain n side pain. I am unable to sleep in  flat position. Only right or left side I am able to sleep, for long hrs this is also causing pain. I had c section in October 2020 taken epidural that time.please help. I am unable to take pain every morning

Hi Doctor, My knees pain a lot even at this age, it becomes stiff while I walk. The pain is worse is winters or when I walk bare foot on tiles/marble. It cracks a lot, whenever I walk my knees are usually locked until it cracks. And when it cracks it pains. It is a concern because I am 26 and this is happening now, how should I make this better so that it does not become worse at older age.

Hi, I am suffering from Heel pain after I accidentally stamped on some object like pencil sharpener that my daughter had left below the door mat. After that my heel pains a lot as soon as I get up aftee sleeping or sittin. Keeping ice gel pack , but not much help. Also wearing slippers at home as well. Also feeling pulling pain from my knee in the same leg. Please help me.
