Bone & Muscle problems

Before I was diagnosed with mild pid in cervical pain , at that time pain was very severe , doctor advised me to not lift heavy weight, I want to ask can I join gym to reduce weight or not

My mother got a little hip pain when she was trying to sit down two days ago.. That day she was fine and was doing normal work.. I just applied heat there.. Yesterday also she was walking.. But today her Left hip joint pain is spreading to the hip and left side of back.. Now today she is unable to walk.. The pain is only in movement.. When she is moving even a little.. Why is this happening? I gave her pygresic 1000 but no relief.. Please help.. Should I keep giving heat?

Hello Doctor, My mother, age 58 yr, always complaining about bone pain. She doesn't have any problem such as sugar, hypertension, thyroid etc. But she always complain about bone pain especially near to wrist of both hands. Is there any issue with health condition? Kindly, guide.
