Bone & Muscle problems

My father's age is 78 yrs.without any  disease like BP or diabetes. Due to lockdown he his completely at home almost for 1 yr. and hence bcz of over resting he is now bed ridden. He can't walk or stand properly with his own. He has to take help of others to stand or walk. We did MRI of Spine. Here I am sending his report also. Plz guide me what exactly to be done? Will he need a surgery ? Or only medicine will work? How much time will it take to recover ? Will Physiotherapy work for this condition. What exactly we should do to recover him fast? Plz help and guide me.

I am facing a lot of problem in my leg joint pain from last 15 days.CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME in this.

I am diabetic and I walk regularly, now I feel acute pain in right toe alone, what could be the reason, last time when I had the same issue doctor said it might be due to calcium deposit, what's the best medicine for this pain

My 7 years old son got his hand fractured on Thursday, the dr had put plaster without giving anesthesia. On Monday we went for another x ray and the dr told that he will have  to again realign the bone in OT as it is still tilted. He gave us 2 options: 1- realignment of bone under anesthesia ( he says there are still chances of bone displacement) 2- A surgery in which he will put 1 or 2 nails in the bone. Pls guide doctors what should be done. Attaching both pre plaster and post plaster x rays.

I met an accident last december due to which I broke my left femur and patella. A rod was inserted to help join the bone and it's been 4 months since. There is still some gap in the bone and a bulge on the other side as seen in the latest x-ray. Please help me understand if it an issue to be taken care of, and what all should I do to make sure the bone union is achieved soon

Hi, I have sharp pain on highlighted area of attached lower leg image only in left leg. I have skin traction for two month for AVN treatment and after that I followed ayurvedic treatment. Before treatment I don't have problems on walking . I have AVN of 2nd stage in same legs but I know this pain was not due to AVN. Even if I lift the leg pain is only on lower leg of attached image at specific location. Please let me know if any test is required of the cause . I doesn't want to take medicine without proper cause of it. Thanks in advance please help me. I have too much pain in highlighted area. Please refer attachment.

My son leg is swelling. It has become red now. I have consulted my pediatrician in shapur nagar.he doesn't know anything. I understood And I have done x ray also. Everything is normal. Any one could you please suggest me what should I do. I don't understand it for last two days.

Hi, I have lower leg pain on outer side . I was bedridden for 2 month and skin traction for treatment for AVASCULAR necrosis. After that I go for Ayurvedic treatment and I feel better but after 1 month I got pain in lower leg and I am not able to walk and some time even I lift the leg there is pain in lower legs. I am familiar with AVN pain and I know it's not pain due to AVN so please tell me what to do. I doesn't want to take medicine without any diagnosis so please help me if any diagnosis for that. I have read about peroneal tendinitis and my pain area is similar so please help me out. I will be very thankful for helping me in right diagnosis.

I having back pain when I sit , my hack is stiff when I sit and instantly feel good when I stand , I didn't feel any issue in walking running , I having only issue when I sit . I feel something like rubber band snapping through our my belly and back .I have done MRI for lumbar spine but there is nothing in that.
