I am suffering from ankle pain n swelling from 10 days..As per Doctor I have hair like breakage in my ankle.. and suggested me crepe bandage.. will I get recover fast using crepe bandage or need another medication.. please give suggestion.

I have pain in my right shoulder from 20 days almost and found some swelling also.visit to a orthopedic he says there is some ligament problem but after medication not get relief in it. I have a shoulder pain when I was lifting some object which is not very heavy and a crack sounds comes from it. Please guide.

Hi I am an IT professional and sit most part of the day. I consciously try to walk a little while. But it may not be enough. I delivered a baby two years back. I am experiencing very mild pain around thighs and knees. My mother has severe knee pain and I am afraid I may develop it over the years. How can I take better care? What exercises can be done to strengthen legs?

Doctor, report is attached herewith as an attachement. Recently since 2 days my neck is paining along with joining shoulder to arm and one side right side back also, unable to dry clothes also and having lots of vertigo type whenever I stand up for any work. I feel pain when I inhale and exhale also sometimes. I am high blood pressure patient too but confuss it this related with what. .. My wrist and may ring finger right side nerves keep on sweeping when I pull or do some activity that need those parts.
