Right hand from the shoulder pains night
My mother's right hand is paining very much from the left side. This happens only during night time when she sleeps. I doubt around a month back she washed heavy clothes and some kind of nerve or joint is disturbed. Can someone please suggest what could be the possible solution for this problem?

I think this is Cervical Radiculitis. Treatment Advised is Tab Ultracet Semi BD Tab Zerodol MR at Bedtime Tab Defcort 6mg BD Tab Gabapin NT at bedtime Cap Omez D BD Tab Evion LC BD Soft cervical collar ( She should wear this at all the times, she is not lying on bed) Gentle massage of neck Do this for 5 days She should totally abstain from any neck bending activities. No pillow should be used. Mobile phone should be totally withdrawn for few days, even for taking calls.
Next Steps
If not relieved: Go for MRI Cervical Spine. [ but I think the above mentioned treatment with definitely give her relief]
