Bone & Muscle problems

I have severe pain in joints of leg and hand. Even knee pain. When iam active no pain. If I sit for long time then severe pain. Along mild inner temperature. I have this since one week. When ever I have gastric issues this joint pain occurs. Please advise

I twisted my left leg on stairs and felt an intense pain on the edge along the small/pinky toe of my left foot. On December 16, 2020 I took X-ray and consulted a doctor. I was told that I had Jones fracture. Then I had to wear splint for 3-weeks and took X-ray again. Then I had to wear a cast for 2-weeks and took one last X-ray which showed the union of bones (according to the doctor). I had been taking tab.Gemitriol and tab. Cis-Q meanwhile. I was advised to use ankle binder when needed. My problem is that, I sometimes experience pain in the fractured area while walking/standing even now. It had been more than 4-months since the fracture occurred but I am still experiencing pain sometimes. Should I check my bone density? Doctor(s) please help me🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻, thank you.

My mother has high bp problem Today she is having Major pain in left side back of neck to left shoulder, under arm Arm,uper limbs, elbow, waist, N she is having high bp now with dizziness What should I do.. to cure it?

I'm frequently feeling the pain in right hand fingers & it comes & goes after sometime. I'm currently taking Vitamin D3 tablets & multivitamin from almost 1 month & it improved my other pain but finger pain still there. Please let me know the reason for this. Thanks!
