Sometimes I get pain in my upper right thigh or hip area when I am trying to sit on a motorbike. Not always. But sometimes or when I try to raise my right leg for excercise I feel sharp pain there.

Hello Sir, There is severe pain in patients both legs, knees & waist since 1 month. He is unable sit up/down properly. 2 Yrs back same prob occured but patient got recovered that time within 4 months. We visited orthopaedic Dr. however he could not find the exact prob. Xrays also taken, there we can see small gap. Dr gave few medicines however not worked. Could you please help me find exact diagnosis?
