Fracture and pain
Hello sir, I have attached my X-ray and other pictures. The fracture has healed since then. I experience pain when I make sudden moves such as running or kicking, in the pictures I have marked the areas of pain. Please find the attachments.

It will go with time 3 months from injury at least Put foot in hot water 2 3 times a day Avoid sudden movement Ankle and foot physiotherapy Take paracetamol for pain Consult if no relief

Will need more details than that. Firstly, when did you sustain a fracture? How long has it been? Secondly, What kind of medication/ treatment was taken for the same?? The fracture cannot be appreciated if it has United completely. Doesn't look like a recent fracture if there was a fracture in the first place. Third, could've been associated with any ligament injury at the ankle, hence the pain in the ankle.

kindly start doing physio for a while before starting more intense activities such as running and Trekking
