Bone & Muscle problems

From few days i am feeling sharp pain in my three fingers(excluding small finger and thumb) of left hand. It happens when i fold my fingers and sometimes the sharp kind of pain comes on its own and fade away in few seconds. I haven't injured my fingers. What could be the reason?

Hello Doctors, Hope you are all doing good. I am having pain in my shoulders for more than 8 years. I feel pain in lifting my hands to a certain heights and especially I feel over weighted especially left shoulder in the morning once I wake up from sleep. I addition now I am having a problem in cervic and spine as well.. Attached my recent MRI report for your reference. Would you verybuaeful if some one suggest a good remedy for this. Thanks... I have pain in both Knees last 6 years. My age is 35. (1) Pain during the descending the Stairs. (Note, only little bit pain during Climbing the stairs). (2) I can not FAST RUN since last 6 years due to Knee pain. (3) Pain during small jump also. Few days ago, I took X-ray of AP, Lateral view & Skyline view but no problem found. It means no PATELLA issue. I am also taking Calcium, Vit-D3 supplement since last 6 years (Few months I forgot medicine). Uric acid level is proper. No any sport activity in my past life. Physiotherapy completed (Static Quadriceps, Hamstring with Weight Cuff-1 KG) but no result. One doctor said it may be Muscle week. How to check Muscle is week or not of Knee (I suppose, Dexa scan may not say Knee muscle strength, Dexa is for other part of body bone). Shall Sonography/MRI tell me strength of Knee-Muscle ?? Acupressure doctor said due to major Toxins in my body, blood circulation is not reach at both knees & pain happened. Is this reason is correct ??

I have tested hla b 27 positive,also my esr is around 90.swlleing in my both knees..sharp Pain in heel,hip joint,lower back and shoulder..it persists during morning and evening... also my father had spondylitis...so,i want to know..how it will be cured

As i checked myself for 1 month prior there was a clavicle fracture.but now it seems to be alright so i want to create my medical certificate n fitness .as my previous recently closed his clinic so i m unable to create that please help so as i will my duty again Thanks

I have a knee pain very light. On my right leg. I am working sitting full day in front of laptop. While walking I don't feel pain. But when sitting in chair feel light pain.

Pain in neck and shoulder and below area unable to do any type of work from both hands and unable to see downside.

My dad 50 years old. He is suferring from arthritis in his knees from the past 17 years. He had bow legs in both the legs hence He had undergone HTO in both legs when he was 19 years to correct the deformity. There are 2 screws in his left leg which couldn't be removed due to muscle growth when surgery was done to remove those screws 5 years later. If he has to undergo a knee replacement surgery in future should the screws be removed before the surgery or it can be removed during the same surgery ? He has pain in his knees but by god's grace he is able to do his daily activities. Please let me know weather the screws can be removed during the knee replacement surgery ? I have attached the x ray.
