Sever leg pains from bottom of knees
I am feeding mother suffering from inflammation and sever leg pains from bottom of knees to toe, using calcium tablet, symptoms are like difficiency of b12 and VitaminD, is that advisable to use B12 supplements and any medication required for leg pains and cramps. Please advise.

1) if you say that there are symptoms of vit. B12 and vit. D3 deficiency then why not do blood investigation and documents it. 2) documentation will help us to identify the deficient ( if it really exists or not), it will also help in accessing your response to treatment. 3) for leg cramps you need to do following :- a) stay hydrated b) check for serum electrolytes and calcium level ( if imbalance present then correct it).

Take tab calcium Tab vitamin d 3 60 k Can take vitamin b 12 and vit e for cramps Take paracetamol for pain Stay hydrated and take adequate diet as u are feeding
