Past one week suffering from body aches and weakness..no other symptoms. Mine is night shift and having hardly sleep not more than 6 hours daily. Body nerves are paining. Body stiffness and fingers and tigh and legs/ back pain

Take adequate rest.. you will be fine Eat well Stay hydrated Take paracetamol for body aches

Need appropriate rest and change to normal shifts. Do exercises on regular basis. Avoid too much mobile devices especially before sleeping.
