Body aches
Past one week suffering from body aches and weakness..no other symptoms. Mine is night shift and having hardly sleep not more than 6 hours daily. Body nerves are paining. Body stiffness and fingers and tigh and legs/ back pain

Need appropriate rest and change to normal shifts. Do exercises on regular basis. Avoid too much mobile devices especially before sleeping.
