Lower Back Pain
I'm feeling heavy pain in lower back and hips. It all started when I was recovering from Covid and I started workout. While doing workout on lower body and workouts for back. This is made it very painful and now I cannot even sit because of pain.

Don't exert yourself. You just had covid Take paracetamol for pain Add muscle relaxants for 3 days if no relief Hot water bags Gentle stretching exercises of lower back. Avoid bending and lifting objects

Sorry for the pain you are going through 1) it’s seems that you may be having slip disc or PIVD. 2) need MRI Lumbo-sacral spine for diagnosis . 3)also post covid muscle weakness can be a cause, but need MRI , to rule out other pathological cause 4) You need to have video consultation

Post Viral Myalgia can last for as early as for weeks to Months , depending upon the Severity of the disease earlier , One's body response and Activity related to Post Infection..!! Since It all started , just after your workouts , Your complaints are more pointing towards the above ..!! 1.) Be Gentle with Your workouts 2.) Give adequate time for total recovery 3.) Continue your Vitamin-D supplementations preferably , Vitamin-D3 2000 IU / Daily for 4 weeks 4.) Add Calcium supplement 5.) Replace simple stretching exercises with Heavy workouts for few weeks 6.) Tab.Hifenac-MR , 2 times a Day , After meals , For 5 days 7.) Adequate amount of protein and Water in Your diet 8.) Complete rest for 5 days , To allow your muscles recover
