Stiffness and pain in neck and shoulder
I have stiffness and pain in my neck. Primarily on my left side. My job requires me to sit for long periods. Also, sometimes there is clicking sound when I roll my neck. My neck really pains after long work hours. Is it spondylitis? Please suggest exercises or medication for relief. Can spondylitis be completely cured?
