Feeling acute ankle pain, tenderness and swelling around ankle. Started jogging first time and exercise also.

Don’t start jogging suddenly, first start walking for 1 week then brisk walking for another 1 week then you can start jogging . Do ice fomentation use ankle brace and dynapar spray for local application

Nothing to worry,. It slowly resolves. But before you jog make sure you stretch all your ankle ligaments. If you can't then hire any sports physio who can help you to stretch and guide your work outs.

You definitely need a consultation so as one can prescribe medications to get rid off the situation earlier, otherwise will be painful for long.

Take rest for some days Stop jogging Ice pack Limb elevation Take paracetamol 650 for pain Tab Disperzyme 1 tab bd for 3 days Consult if no relief
