Bone & Muscle problems

Hi Doctor, I'm having swelling and pain in my right hand thumb. It's been two days now but was feeling light pain from many days so I did not take seriously. Last 2 days swelling increased and swelling too. Thanks doctor.

I have neck pain since 3-4 years but now from one month I have hand pain and nerve pain in hand also only in right side where neck pain and arm and upper back pain also but from 2 days pain in my leg and feet also in the right side and I feel nerve swelling in my hand and sometimes lightly numbness ...so please tell me any medicines for this problem bcoz I am very worried that I have a big disease bcoz this is only one side please tell me

I have pain near spatula, hip joints , leg joints but no inflammation outside. Blood results done for inflammation was also normal. X ray also normal. What's the problem?

I have been having a pain in my left leg beneath knee and I have been having this pain for almost more than few weeks and it is increasing day by day as I am having difficult in walking I cant stand up quickly if I sit down and I cant run exercise and now both my legs arey causing pain from thigh to toe but the most pain I have is in my left leg beneath my knee.
