Bone & Muscle problems

My Wife has extreme back & legs pain after being covid +. No other symptoms now, 8 days isolated. Please suggest. Taken pain killer for 2 days but Gives relief only till the medicine effect exists.

Left feet is swelling and not getting reduced.right feet is absolutely fine.any medication required.please advice

My father has uric acid problem and because of which he has acute ankle pain and pain in the finger joints, too much swelling on the leg , currently his uric acid is 11.9 we consulted to an orthopedic and some medications were given(vitamin c, Feburic 40 and intaphylline ) which relieves pain for some time and again starts swelling and aching. Ain't there any permenant solution to this problem?

I am a patient of diffuse disc bulges from C3 to c6 , I am using pregabalin and Tramadol but I have to use aceclofenac 100mg twice a day to get sufficient pain relief, I have tried physiotherapy but it not help me ,I have consulted dozens of doctors and neurosurgeons but they say surgery is not suitable for me, can I use aceclofenac twice daily for long-term as I have no choice, I get afraid of kidney failure

My father is a farmer & a business man. For the past 1 month he is having problem with his both hands. His both hands(especially both arm area) are in pain while doing basic activities like bathing,wearing shirts etc. We consulted ortho doctor & blood circulation related doctors but no improvement.
