Pain in legs and hands due to neck pain

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have neck pain since 3-4 years but now from one month I have hand pain and nerve pain in hand also only in right side where neck pain and arm and upper back pain also but from 2 days pain in my leg and feet also in the right side and I feel nerve swelling in my hand and sometimes lightly numbness ...so please tell me any medicines for this problem bcoz I am very worried that I have a big disease bcoz this is only one side please tell me

Need to take certain precautions and avoid neck jerks. Use proper neck posture and avoid pillow. Need to do certain neck exercises and medication only can be prescribed after consultation as per guidelines of Govt. Also do regular exercises and yoga. Sos painkillers.
