Neck n Back pain
Hello Doctor, I have 2 kids, both are c session delivery, early I had back pain but it was able to manage but now for the past 2-3 months I have back n neck pain since 3day I suffer a lot not able to lift my hand n bend my neck I'm trying to manage with ortho oil but it's a temporary relief only... kindly suggest me what need to done... Thank you...

Looks like muscle spasm. Might require further evaluation in future.
Next Steps
Use soft cervical collar. Apply pain relief spray. Take paracetamol for pain relief. Can start exercising once pain reduces a little. Get your Vitamin D and B12 levels tested if possible

Take muscle relaxants and pain killers for 3 days After that gentle exercises, stretching and strengthening. Gentle massage Volini spray. Take paracetamol for pain Get x rays You will do better with physiotherapy Core strengthening exercises Spinal extension exercises

Needs proper assessment of your spine. Avoid bending and lifting things from ground. Use western toilet. Back strengthening exercises. Sos painkillers and pain gel applied on area with hot fomentation. If no improvement consult
