Bone & Muscle problems

My left leg gets numb and painful whenever I come back from work . It is mostly in upper lateral side of left leg below the abdomen . And when i lay down I can't even move my leg as the pain is severe . Can you please suggest me what should i do to cure ? I've even taken vitamin -D3 capsules.

Hi, i just started going to gym due to increased weight, n after 1 month of following 5 day workout and 2 day rest, feeling pain in shins and knees.Do i need to start taking any supplements like joint or bone supplements? Please advise

2 years ago my left leg ankle was broken.After that, my foot was plastered and  medicines for some time and my leg was healed.But right now I am on training and I have to do more work, in the meantime my foot is swollen and there is a little bit of pain of swelling i think.Right now I do not understand what is happening and what should I do.

Sir/ma'am I'm suffering back pain for last 4 days. (pain at the lower part of spine & just above hips) When I tried to wake up after sleep I was not able to stand because of unbearable back pain. I have took medicine after recommendation of Dr. For the first 2 days I was crawling on my knees with help of hands. After taking medicine for 2 days I was able to stand for 3-4 mins but I feel pain & lie down on floor after standing for few minutes. In the same way I manage to walk 20 to 30 steps. But again I feel pain & sit back. On the third day as stated above I tried to stand & walk with pain. Today on the fourth day again pain is increased & I can just manage to stand for 1-2 minutes only. History: I have done exercises in Jan & felt minor pain. Pain recovered in 2 days. A minor pain remained for months but cured. On Sunday I picked bucket in night and suffered a little pain. Then on Monday morning I wasn't able to stand as above stated. Please suggest. Regards

My mother was having pain in right arm and not able to lift her hand for a month. We consulted a nearby orthopaedic and Doctor prescribed her jencob plus injections for 7 days, along with Meftal tablets. Doc also prescribed sezopam.5 mg for 14 days. She is feeling very sleepy and tired throughout the day. Should I discontinue giving sezopam to her ?

My wife has RA and she was taking some medications for last 2-3 years. We want to get her tested again incase medication need to be changed. As we don't have any Rheumatologist in our town can we do the consultations and testing online? Thanks Jagmohan

2mnths back i got leg pain near ankle and swelling used different medicine but didn't cure after took mri foot scan and dctr told 4week bedrest with pop band will it be cured for 4weeks its very hard to be like this

Absolute Monocyte count low, Absolute Basophil count low, ESR high, HbA1c high, mean plasma glucose high, Triglycerides high, LDL Cholesterol high, Urea low, BUN Creatinine ratio low, Iron % saturation low, Vitamin D 25- Hydroxy low, Epithelial cells(15-20). Blood and urine test report attached

I have constant mild pain in left shoulder and upper left arm.It keeps increasing intermittently. Oil massage and hot bag gives relief temporarily. . I do not have any medical orthopedic history. Any suggestions?

Hi Doctors, I work in IT industry & my age is 25 . From last 3month i am facing back pain (waist pain ). Now it's getting severe day by day even i use table and chair mostly still nothing has changed. Can you guys suggest what next i can do & which kind of doctor i need to visit. Thank you..
