Here we need to address many issues. Firstly did u have any history of trauma to knee ?? And reduced joint space in medial Tibio femoral joint space is not seen in this age group, that is sign of osteoarthritis.to comment more I need to see x-ray and know few details more. High uric acid levels also cause knee pain for which u have to start medication which lowers serum uric acid. Knee locking is a symptom in knee ligament injuries, this requires a clinical examination and  more details.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --.
