I have pain in left leg knee joint nd around knee cap also what is the reason of this pain nd some time pain goes to foot also in left leg .is this pattelofemoral syndrome pain? If so what are this symptoms?

I went a k wire hand surgery, RT hand 4th M/C #5th RAY P1# 4TH Finger injury on volar aspect. After around 50+ days the wire are removed. After a day when a woke up, I feel a pain in my same wrist. Where no injuries where happen. While sleep also I made sure my hand was not in wrong position. What can be the issue, or it a procedure of healing

I have shin pain frequently.some days fine somedays I have a pain what is the problem why its happening.?

There is more pain near the But of Left Leg due to coccygodynia and using Dr. Trust and Im afraid to go to hospital due present situation and using Pain killer and managing small few excercise and taking precautions and trying sit in one particular position I can Manage walk within House and I can't walk. I had an ankle fracture on March -2020, I was recovered from fracture and I started working out and it was completely fine. I left working out 4months in between and started again 3 weeks back. All of a sudden the same ankle got swelling and pain and couldn't apply pressure. When it is elevated its perfectly fine, I could walk but still I feel pain and swelling.

Please suggest any anti itching cream , in legs near varicose veins heavy itching is happening.as I m having daibetics worried by itching all the time it will lead to injury

A few days back I fell since then I have pain in area in and around my index finger of toe. It's not a fracture since I am able to walk but pain is there while walking. It's been a week. What steps I can take to make it better
