Bone & Muscle problems

Hi doc, I had undergone cesarian delivery on 25 Jan 2021. After delivery backpain starts.and there is pain in my ankles and wrist also. I am taking corcium D3. Please tell me is there any precautions which I should take.or any medicine to cure this? I took epidural when I was in labour pain. After that I went through emergency csec and anesthesia was given. Epidural injection was inserted multiple times because doc was saying he Is not able to find appropriate space near spine for the injection. Can this be the reason that my back aches? Thanks in advance for your reply.

4 months ago , I hv disc bulge in this region ... now symptoms increasing ... tingling in both feet , disc injury reoccurs with any shock ... two days ago it again reoccurs with road shock on bike , can I start disc extention or flexion exercises ???

Hi, I have been going through lower back pain.This is when i walk on the road or i do house hold chores and strain my back.Rest of the time while sitting or standing i do not feel the pain.This pain is not going away.It is like a nerve getting compressed and when it pain i cant move my leg while walking and my posture gets changed or tilted on one side. I have got 2 xrays for my back. Kindly help

He is taking Combiflam but it hasn't really worked in this situation so do let us know what's the solution
