Pain in moving neck
Hi - I am facing pain in moving my neck. While I am facing some difficulty in sideways movement of neck, I feel greater pain when I try to tilt my neck backwards (eg: while drinking water). Suffering since last couple of days. Have not had any injury. Would you recommend any changes in sleeping/sitting posture and any SOS pain-killers? Any medicine/other steps I should follow to help me recover?

Pain is due to muscle spasm caused by overuse/ improper posture.
Next Steps
Restrict usage of mobile phone/laptop. Do not keep your neck bent forwards for long. Use a soft cervical collar for a few days. Apply warm water bags. Apply pain relief spray. Take Tab Flexon MR 2 times a day after food for 3 days. Start neck muscle strengthening exercises once pain reduces. Video consult with me if problem continues even after following this advice or if you have any further questions.
