Need more details. Is the pain in front or back. Is in one sided or in the centre.
Next Steps
If the pain is in the back, it is most probably due to muscle spasm caused by overuse. Take Rest. Apply warm water bags and pain relief spray. Take Tab Flexon MR 2 times a day after food for 3 days. Can video consult if problem continues even after following this advice.
