Swelling in bicep
I was doing arms workout 2 days back and i did bicep curls with 3 kgs weight in each hand. My right bicep is swollen today. Yesterday it was just muscle tiredness but today it got swollen. I am doing icing. Is it a serious injury? What else should i do?

Icing and rest for the limb as of now . If pain is there take tablet aceclofenac 100 mg

get a better picture including ur arm with elbow and shoulder. a video consultation would be the best to confirm with some special tests

Commonly after workout these symptoms can be seen . Continue rest, icing and take plenty of fluids. But rarely there can be tear in biceps, which can be confirmed by clinical and radiological examination.
