Pinching Pain in bicep
In my left bicep , there is a pinching pain. This is a pain really deep , near the bone of my bicep muscle , and somewhere near the middle of my bicep. And it pinches when I flex my bicep , it is a gym related injury. But I didn't not get any satisfactory answer as to why this pain has not reduced even after rest.

hello radial nerve and musculocutaneous nerve damage should be ruled out consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment.
