I'm facing a discomfort on my outer right biceps just below shoulder after my cricket match, I don't feel the pain when I rotate my arm as I bowl, however feel the pain when I throw the ball or when I fold my elbow to reach back of my neck. I don't see any swelling or any outer symptoms of injury.
Please advice, thank you in advance.
