Wrist pain in previously fractured area
Hi, I had a very small hairline fracture in one of my wrists when I fell down about 5-6 years ago. I got normal medicines and consultations/x-rays at the time but the doctor said that the place of injury was such that very little blood flow reaches that place and hence it will take a very long time to heal completely. He was almost adamant that I shouldn't really worry about it that much and not stress the hand very much and it'll heal on its own in a very long time. Though the wrist doesn't hurt when resting but whenever I exert excess pressure or force on that hand, it still hurts at that place. Any medicines/supplements or something else that I can do to improve the pain or condition? Thanks.

Scaphoid bone fracture at the wrist typically shows what you have mentioned in your history. There is a risk of fracture not uniting in time or not uniting at all.
Next Steps
Please video consult after getting a fresh X-ray to see whether your old fracture has completely healed or not. Can take Tab Signoflam twice a day after food if it is too painful.
