Bone & Muscle problems

I am an old person and have difficulty in walking so can I use knee cages ? I don't have any history of leg injury.

Unbearable Pain in lower right rib cage - last 2 ribs. Not able to sleep without painkillers. Pains only while sleeping. While walking and sitting pain is less.

I have been experiencing pain in right knee since 10 days after getting recovered from covid unable to climb stairs plus if I stand after sitting for a while my knee makes a thud sound

Sir it's almost one year I am feeling pain in my left side near rib.but the main problem when I am doing any exercise like running the pain gone worst.the pain starts worst from left side to back side and also my chest.also I have done ct ngo but it is OK.also done mri of spinal cord it is ok.cant understand what is going.it is happening when I am doing any exercise and feeling stiffness in chest.
