Bone & Muscle problems

I had severe joints pain , chest bones pain and consulted Dr.Faizal through Practo . He said it's a general myalgia . The medicines worked well . Today I took blood test and my ESR level is 40 . Is it something serious. Should I take any other test . Thanks in advance

My mother is facing Heel Pain while getting up from bed in morning and also during walking. She also has a little bit pain in knee.

I m facing knee pain from almost one year, I m plaing badminton so thinking that this knee pain is due to that. Checked uric acid and found reading 5.6 .  Pain is facing while stairs climbing and uplifting from chair. Please guide to resolve this issue and also to improve thigh muscles strength.

Good morning sir/Madam, while I was playing cricket then I am trying to catch the cricket ball, it hits the fingertip then finger has redness and swelling after few month's no pain but  the droop at the tip , kindly suggest.

I feel burning sensation in my feet everyday including ankle and  the area above ankle. In the morning when I wake up everything seems fine but as the day passes the problem starts and till night it becomes worse and my feet swallows. I feel some relief if I put my feet on cold surface. My father uric acid level is 9.3 . His right toe frequently gets swollen and pain. He is also on anti-stroke medication please advise if there is any natural way of lowering uric acid and frequent attacks. Please advise because already he is taking so many medicines

I'm getting fever every 25 days, 100 to 101°. It last for three days . Whn fever is the, I hv sever back pain near my tail boan. Earlier in Jan'21  developed UTI and it got subsided but it took 2 months. Fever continued , every 15days once I'm down with fever and back pain. Kindly suggest what to be done or what would be the issue. Whenever I get fever I get RTPCR done, all are negative till now.

My knees make cracking sound most of the time ..but there is no pain...i hear cracking sound when i bend or move my knees..sometimes even while walking..is it a cause of worry?? what should i do?
