Bone & Muscle problems

Pain in neck and shoulder and below area unable to do any type of work from both hands and unable to see downside.

My dad 50 years old. He is suferring from arthritis in his knees from the past 17 years. He had bow legs in both the legs hence He had undergone HTO in both legs when he was 19 years to correct the deformity. There are 2 screws in his left leg which couldn't be removed due to muscle growth when surgery was done to remove those screws 5 years later. If he has to undergo a knee replacement surgery in future should the screws be removed before the surgery or it can be removed during the same surgery ? He has pain in his knees but by god's grace he is able to do his daily activities. Please let me know weather the screws can be removed during the knee replacement surgery ? I have attached the x ray.

My mother once had a bad injury on her knee,( and as she tells, i guess it was a sprain) when she was just 15 years old, which was ignored at that time, but from the past 4 to 5 years she was facing deep swelling in her left knee, and now from the past few months, she is even facing loss of movement in her right elbow which has now increased to painful joints all over her body. One of the doctor's nearby me recommended her some blood tests including RA test and CRP test which resulted to be negative, but the ASO titre test resulted =positive (>200IU/ml) Currently, Uric acid level=3.7mg/dl So, is it a very serious, as we have already visited a few doctors but no one's medicine is showing any kind of good results..

Hi, From past 1 week I'm having back pain.sometimes upper back sometimes times lower.mostly lower back.this is the first time I'm feeling severe and its long time nearly more than a week. Please suggest to overcome this pain. Thanks Surekha

Hi, my mother have a shoulder along with hand pain . She feel this from last 2 months i visit some doctors but nothing better. Mostly pain in night . In this situation i can't take her to hospital. Hospital's too risky this time .. pls suggest what i do for better relief Thanks Shahrukh

My father is in hospital for corona treatment. He is getting recovered and had taken remdisiver dose which got finished 3 days before. He can move his legs and can do excercise on bed but only when he is standing or walking he is getting severe pain ..looks to be muscle pain. Please help
