Bone & Muscle problems

I have sufffring sprain from last 1 month my dr give take x ray and give medicine but not relif yet and daily use ankel binder and pain is continue  suggest me what to do now x ray report also attach and pain is srrounding foot

He had been fallen one day . Maybe any of the nerve is being pressed. Now 5 months has been passed and he is not able to walk properly . He is a handicapped.

Feb 9 - Right gluteal pain at just one point. It had become unbearable and I had fever (101°F). Orthopedic doctor told it was joint pain. This lasted for 1½ month. Mar 29 - Groin Pain at just one point (on the top of right thigh- inside portion) on pressing at that point. Lasted for 1-2 days. 3 Apr - Perineum Pain on pressing at one point on the right just below anus. I still have the pain sometimes while sitting. I can feel a bone there. Today - Severe pain on pressing at one point on face below the eyes (on the eye socket- bit away from sinus). What could be the reason for these pains? Can it be deficiency or any other serious condition?

I am suffering with severe pain since 30 days, visited couple of doctors A General Physician and Orthopedic. Bothsuggested Antacids Pain Killers and advised use of Splint. I don't see any improvement in pain. Can any one suggest is surgery best to releuve or shall I wait for some more time ?? Appreciate responses Thanks & Regards KK

On 21st March I had my lateral ligament tear..it's been long and I am feeling better but not my 100 percent like I can't walk smoothly nor i can't sit down with my feet down its start burning in my ankle dr. told me to only use ice packs on it no heat..but that isn't working for me as it's been 2 weeks and the pain is annoying me a lot..wat should I do ?

I have unbalanced (not spinning) feel sometime from few days..heavy head. frequently neck crackling noise.and stiffness in neck.. sometimes pain in left hand..no other health  problems..but  weakness and feel energy less... I have done mri cervical spine... please find attached mri report...and explain...what actual problem is.. kindly explain..

Iam suffering with lower backpain since 1 year. All is started last year when I bend forward and done some work without any break for 20 to 25 minutes, then onwards my back pain started.  I can't bend forward more than 1 minute, if I do so my back muscles are getting tight and feeling very much pain. I have consult orthopaedic & physio but results are temporary. should I consult a neurologist? Please give me some suggestion.

I am getting gout attack once every year ,more or less around same time . I consulted a doctor in my city and he said I have to completely stop the consumption of all kinds of protein including all pulses . please help me out and Which kind of Doctor should I consult for a long term solution?
