Doctor I suffered from chlamydia since 6 months and afterlong course of antibiotics it is decreasing these days and almost reduced 90 percent but I am getting some minute pain near joints.What I should do now?

Hello Doctor, I have tmjd in my left jaw and i feel pressure around my left temporal and i feel like something is crawling under my skin. I also feel blood movement around my left temporal, forehead, and my cheeks. And the blood flow around the temporal seems to be restricted as if something is pressing on my nerves. What might be the cause? Is it because of TMJD or is something serious?
