Bone & Muscle problems

Hello, i am having back pain in my thoracic region since 2 years..i visited my orthopedic before the pandemic and was under his observation for almost 3-4 months, some blood tests were done all were normal, hl ab 27 was negative , xray was normal too and so was the MRI. I joined physiotherapy(when lockdown was lifted) , they didn't find any abnormalities in my back , did it for 2 months the pain got less but it never vanished. Electro therapy didn't work they just did it for 2 days and then stopped. I had to stop the physiotherapy due to certain reasons. What should i do next? Most importantly what should i avoid?

I injured my second toe three days back. The pain and swelling hasn't reduced since. The top part of the toe has become more bluish black. It is difficult to walk. The pain comes and goes. It is not unbearable but definitely cannot walk normally by putting weight on it. How long will it take to heal? Is it a fracture? What can be done to improve the swelling and pain. I undergone l5 s1 bulging disk operation in 2011. Can i do legs up the wall pose daily for 15 min. Kindly help me

Hello, My mom is suffering from osteoporosis since many years. She consults a rheumatologist. Pls find her earlier prescription (28-10-2020) & (24-02-2021) latest prescription attached resp. 10 days ago, she had severe digestion issues. Doc prescribed her with 2 medicines. Normaxin and Rinifol. She got better in 4-5 days. But since then she had weakness issues, and since yesterday severe backache (kamar dard) she cud not sleep, gets pain whenever she lie down. I want to ask, can she take Myospaz (Myospaz was been prescribed earlier but latest prescription does not show Myospaz). It might take few days to contact our doc, till then can she take Myospaz? Her sgpt was 43 and crp level was 35 on 20 feb 2021.

Very severe muscle pain in calf. When ever the pain occurs, the person is not even able to move the leg. Please suggest how to relieve the pain. Thanks

She has pain in feet area so much so that she cant sleep sometimes. she keep removing dead skin time to time ,but it is not related to dead skin as she really keep clean feet and remove dead skin. We tried pressure slippers also but didn't work. Now she has swelling a bit on the down part of feet , we really cant understand what to do. Also she is not fat if you try to relate to that to swelling. She wash feet with normal a bit chilled water so it soothes the pain for sometime but again it come back . What to do ??? Anything would work for now, as we r stuck in a village , any home remedy or root cause so we can try to minimise the things that help increase the pain

I m suffering from ankle swelling and pain. Thus I have done Blood test which say WBC - count 13400/ cu mm  and ESR wintrobe is 35 at the end of 1 hr. What does it means??? All other parameters are normal.

I am just 29 yrs old bt suddenly started feeling joint pain from last few days. What can be the possible reason for this. I don't have fever and other symptoms only joint pain (all joints including knee, legs,hands, shoulders, palm). Any home remedy or supplements available for this?
