Bone & Muscle problems

1- slight knee pain while sitting, standing or climbing stairs. Can't get up from the floor without support. 2- knee makes a lot of crackling sound on movement. 3- hve been doing yoga and walking for past 1 year. 4- I feel the problem may worsen in coming years if left unattended. 5- attaching x rays. Pls guide if there is any problem and what can be done to prevent knee damage.

Sir my patient diabetic 70yr old , was discharged from covid pneumonia treatment (11/25 hrct) a month ago. His Di dimer is elevated 1.06 and CRP is in range 2.02 . I have noticed there is some kind of buldge in his legs. He presently taking only amoldipine, insulin and multivitamin with no blood thinners. Is he having these clots? Kindly guide.

I recently got my blood test as I have severe body ache for about a month. The result showed Vitamin D3 - 7.88 ng/ml ESR - 90mm Are those values too bad? Whether vit d and esr are correlated? I'm really confused whether to consult a general physician or an orthopedic. Whether my body pain is because of vit d deficiency?

My mother is suffering from knee pain from long time and from past 2 months she is taking osteofos 70 tablet once In a week and from past 2 weeks whenever she takes it she is having rashes in hands and face and dizziness type whenever she takes it.her bp is 170/80.she took first dose of Covishield 40 days back also.she has knee pain still and behind knee a small painful lump.i have attached uric acid report before 2 months .shall we have to do any other investigations or how .her ESR was also 65 does uric acid cause high ESR.

My sister(20 year) knee's sound like a elastic rubber band.Atfirst,the noise was once in a while.But later the sound was getting intense and frequent(whenever she climbs steps or sit or stand).Along with the sound,she is having lot of pain nowadays.Please suggest me some remedies.

Before few months my neck bone started paining i did exercises but no affect on it than after few days my backbone start paining i started gym so that i could get rid of these pain than my backbone got releaf and now my left shoulder is paining a lot if i weight up anything i cannot able to lift it up and my neck is also paining alot if i turn my neck it starts paining as it feels like something is stretching Please help me with this matter now i cannot able to handle it.

Intense pain on left shoulder blades and on lower rib.. the pain started like 3 months ago.. i have used pain reliever like phytoflam, signoflam and calcium d3 tab as directed by doctor.. but the pain is not going.. specially pain arises if i walk or stand for just 30 min.. or if I sit at chair which doesn't have back support..what should I do?
